You can download and listen from your desktop, laptop or portable device. Depending on your hardware and software, you may be able to burn these programs to your own cd's and audio tapes.

Our audio programs are encoded in a file format known as MP3. MP3s are digital audio files that have been compressed to make them smaller and more downloadable. Our MP3s are 22khz sample rate and 32kbps bitstream which exceed industry standards for MP3 files and offer a good platform for voice presentations. In order to keep files sizes (and download times) as small as possible, these are not cd or music quality MP3s.
