All your beliefs and thoughts are like programs running in your conscious mind. The thoughts and beliefs we tell ourselves (or are bombarded with) over and over eventually make it past our conscious mind into our unconscious mind, where they get stored and become permanent fixtures in what we think and believe, forming our habits and become as natural and automatic to us as breathing.

Unfortunately, most of us have so many programs running that limit ourselves and hinder our success. Many of our thoughts and beliefs even contradict one another, cancelling out any potential benefits. What's more, there are so many programs running in our conscious mind that it becomes difficult for new programs to reach our unconscious mind and take root there. We all know how difficult it can be to change a habit or an ingrained belief.

Getting Your Conscious Mind Out of the Way

In a blueprinting session, you give us some short and long term goals you desire to achieve. You will then be put into a relaxed state where your conscious mind quiets and your unconscious mind comes to the surface. We then 'program' your unconscious mind by directly giving it your desired outcomes. The total session lasts for about 90 minutes.

Your unconscious mind can then go to work directing your conscious mind with your new programs in place, bringing about your desired outcomes. It's almost like putting your goals on auto-pilot!

You'll also receive a recording of your session on CD that you can go back and listen to over and over again, further ingraining your new Success Programs into your unconscious mind and enhancing their effect.
